01

Use individual accounts and review roles.

Give each team member their own account. Assign the permissions required for the work and review them when people join, change responsibilities or leave. Keep billing and administrative authority deliberate.

02

Keep secrets out of everyday messages.

Do not put passwords, storage keys or database credentials into ordinary support messages or website content. Use the platform’s authorized access workflows and agree a protected handoff when a sensitive detail is required.

03

Treat website code as an ongoing responsibility.

Keep an inventory of themes, plugins, integrations and custom development. Assign ownership for reviewing changes and test important website behavior after updates. Confirm which responsibilities are included in your service agreement.

04

Know the recovery and reporting path.

Review backup and restore operations, the site’s audit history and who may authorize a sensitive change. Report a security concern to security@vyompress.com, with enough context to investigate and without including unnecessary personal data or secrets.
