Choose DIY or Global hosting if your team already has the website or will develop it. Choose a standard fully managed build if you want our team to create the business website or store. Use a custom quote for requirements outside the standard scope.
List the domain, registrar, current hosting, WordPress plugins, theme, integrations and any custom code. Include email delivery, forms, scheduled jobs and ecommerce connections so these responsibilities are visible before a move.
For a new build, gather page copy, brand assets and product content. For a migration, prepare an authorized backup and agree which content or transactions may change during the move. Keep access details out of ordinary email messages.
Confirm delivery scope, hosting plan, region requirements and the migration window. Check the site, forms, domains and integrations before redirecting traffic, and keep a rollback plan for the original setup.
